The Rocky Mountain Compensation Association (RMCA) is an organization incorporated in the State of Colorado to support the development and excellence of the total rewards profession. The association is a member of the WorldatWork Local Network, an alliance of independent compensation, benefits and human resources organizations representing professionals globally. WorldatWork is a not-for-profit organization providing education, conferences and research focused on global human resources issues including compensation, benefits, work-life and integrated total rewards to attract, motivate and retain a talented workforce.

2012 MEMBERSHIP
Annual membership dues will remain at $75.00 for 2012. Individual memberships run on a calendar year basis. You can renew or establish a membership at the next luncheon or online.
